The ITC Officers, as the Executive Committee, have the authority to exercise all powers of the Board of Directors between meetings of the Board except the power to alter or amend the Bylaws of the Organization, fill any vacancy on the Board of Directors, fill any vacancy in its own membership or in the membership of any other committee of the Board of Directors, terminate the membership of any member or determine membership dues or conditions pertaining to the same.
